Refund policy

PRE-ORDERS AND RESERVATIONS

Every pre-order and every $10 reservation is fully refundable at any time before your order ships. No reason needed. Email hello@skerravo.com and the full amount you paid goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

AFTER DELIVERY

You have 30 days from delivery to return your Skerravo. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it and replace or refund immediately.

To start a return, email hello@skerravo.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

We do not offer exchanges, as Skerravo comes in one size and one colour.
